Fundraising through books

UK charity BookAid has given Grace & Light 100,000 second hand books that are now being sold in Nigeria to raise funds for our work.

The books cleared customs in late November and two book fairs have since been help at TCNN (Theological College of Northern Nigeria).

“People were excited by the books. College students were calling home asking for extra money to be sent to them so they could buy and many people came from Jos also,” said Grace & Light international coordinator Tassie Ghata.

More book fairs will be held as the books are sorted and priced.
