Building up the walls

And they said, "Let us rise up and build the walls." Neh 2:18 Thanks to your generous donations the walls of the new office building at Grace & Light's headquarters in Jos are going up. 

Our international coordinator, Tassie Ghata, can be seen on the left with our project manager, Ricky Fitzsimmons from Mission Africa, measuring bricks which are made on site and baked in the African sun. Then the bricklayer gets to work putting up the walls.

So far we have raised over £4,300 out of the total project cost of 4 million naira (about £16,000). The response to our fundraising challenge has been very encouraging, but there is still some way to go.

Please keep praying or why not volunteer to help build. We are looking for bricklayers, roofers, plasterers, electricians and plumbers to help us finish the job. If you know anyone who could spare a week, then let us know.
