The annual staff retreat took place the week after refresher training. Bible teaching was by our founder, Dr Mark Hopkins. All nine staff reviewed and evaluated every aspect of 2015 using reports from the teams. Each staff member had an individual evaluation and plans and budgets for 2016 were discussed.
