UK trustee Jo Ann Sweeney married Mike Eastgate in London in early July attended by most of Grace & Light’s UK trustees.

Jo Ann and Mike wed at Chatsworth Baptist Church in West Norwood and then held their reception in a marquee at Spurgeon’s Bible College in South Norwood.

Their hour-long wedding service included performances by a gospel choir, prayers by Heather Johnstone who is currently serving in Tanzania and sermon by Dr Vivian Thomas of Operation Mobilisation.

This was followed by afternoon tea in the church hall for all guests before a smaller number moved to Spurgeon's College for a champagne reception, photographs, formal meal and dancing to a rock band.

Jo Ann and Mike are grateful for their many guests who traveled long distances including from Africa, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
