Pastors and church leaders from across the denominations in Bauchi have a greater appreciation of how Grace & Light can support their congregations following the most recent pastors’ workshop.

The Bauchi volunteer team and Jos office team jointly led the workshop for pastors in late February. They were delighted that 41 leaders and pastors attended from 15 local churches.

“This shows the support we have in Bauchi, pastors and leaders were willing to give up their Saturday to hear more about our work,” said Tassie Ghata, international coordinator.

“They have a better understanding of what Grace & Light stands for and have promised to speak with other local pastors and leaders who weren’t at the workshop to encourage them to invite us to visit their churches also.”

During the workshop the two teams shared indepth teaching on social righteousness, the way Grace & Light works with local churches and the benefits of life-sharing groups for individuals and congregations.
